These terms explain what you can expect from Travelkart and what we ask of you while you use it to manage and generate travel invoices.
By creating an account or using Travelkart (the “Service”), you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and the travel agency or business you represent. If you do not agree, please don't use the Service. If you're accepting on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you're authorised to do so.
Travelkart helps travel businesses record bookings and create invoices for hotels, flights, taxis, and packages, and download those invoices as PDF documents. The Service is a tool for organising and producing invoices — it does not provide tax, accounting, or legal advice, and you remain responsible for the accuracy and legal compliance of every invoice you issue.

The booking details, client information, and invoices you enter belong to you. We store and process this information so the Service can function — for example, to generate and let you download your PDF invoices. You're responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload any client details you enter, and for the content of the invoices you produce. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
Travelkart, including its software, design, and branding, remains our property. These terms don't transfer any ownership of the Service to you. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for your own business while these terms are in effect. The invoices and data you create remain yours.
We work to keep Travelkart available and dependable, but we can't promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may update, add, or remove features over time to improve the Service. Where a change is significant, we'll aim to give reasonable notice.
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of profits, revenue, or data arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law. You're responsible for keeping your own copies of important invoices.
You may stop using Travelkart at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are breached, or where we're required to by law. If your account ends, you should download any invoices you wish to keep beforehand, as access may be removed after termination.
We may revise these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the date at the top of this page. If you continue using the Service after changes take effect, you accept the updated terms.
